Balance: unrivaled support

The sturdy and stable box consists of a massive DN 70 foam frame which contains a load-bearing spring unit in titanium on the upper side and underneath are 2 layers of foam density 60 kg/mc H3 shaped in 7 areas that complete it.

The construction of the mattress guarantees an optimal disposal of humidity and excess heat.

A layer of active and elastic Feel HD to allow maximum relaxation of the backbone.

Karat De Luxe introduces the exclusive PhysioClima system with a cashmere and viscose cover and Soy Bio Memory Touch padding (dry cleanable) on one side and Solotex (washable at 60° C) on the other.

Exclusive progressive load-bearing system

The progressive load-bearing system is composed of triple overlapping layers of steel springs, each of them enclosed in a bag and reacts independently: the first and the third 4 cm layer welcomes and supports our body exercising a reactive function that fosters a progressive welcome on the vertebral column and limbs, limiting any type of compression; the middle layer, which a thicker and stiffer Flexizone system, supports the pelvis and the shoulder area.

The Evo De Luxe mattress is made with individually wrapped coils, arranged into 7 different support areas to ensure balanced comfort during rest.

Mattress cover with fine quilting

The outer cover of the Evo De Luxe pocket spring mattress is elegantly quilted to enhance its comfort.

One side of the cover is finished with hypoallergenic Solotex^TM padding designed and created for those who seek the best in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. While, the opposite side presents a 4 cm layer made of comfortable HD Soy Memory Touch, which gently conforms to your body.

Side band

The matching side band has 4 comfortable “Ergonomic Project” handles that allow easy rotation of the mattress.

Washable mattress cover

The practical zip placed along the entire perimeter of the mattress allows easy removal of the cover. The upper side is machine washable at 40 °C, while the lower side and the matching sideband are machine washable at 60 °C.

The Interlock inner cover not only offers additional protection for the core but also allows you to use the mattress while the outer cover is being washed.
